Made by my father: mashed potato and smoked haddock made into a big cake, coated in breadcrumbs, shallow fried. I can't think of much worse (I detest fish) but both children enjoyed it.
Also, I gave him a new rice cake topping today. Mashed banana with greek yoghurt and lemon juice. Went down a treat but left him very sticky!
