Dried Cranberries

Thursday 23rd August

I imaging dh gave the usual for breakfast!

Lunch was a concoction of dried fruits and strawbs. He had apple rings, apricots, dates and cranberries. He ate quite a bit actually, but I only gave a snack type lunch as he had slept until 2pm! lol

Supper was a cheese and herb omlette, which dissappeared in a flash, followed by some tinned pineapple (in juice before the mummy police come and get me!!)

Sounds like a great lunch, does he do ok with the dried fruits? Im a little worried about the chewable factor with them -dd has had various types that she stole of her sister

yes, i've started to give hannah ready made things sometimes such as cheese and onion pasties, cheese macaroni! i feel bad at times. but it's all part of growing up and she has plenty of fresh fruit and veg.

George loves the dried fruits, he has had them from pretty early on tbh. I was told though not to give them as snacks, there is a new type of tooth decay caused by too many dried fruits as snacks - wonderful eh!

I think some ready made stuff will save my sanity! lol
